Shipping

All orders ship within 1-2 business days from order placement. Most domestic (US) orders arrive within 3-7 business days via tracked carrier. International orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on destination.

Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination. Free shipping on orders over $200 within the US.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the piece is in original condition with all packaging intact. Custom or commissioned pieces are final sale.

To start a return, email hello@luxusmedias.store with your order number and we will respond with return shipping instructions.

Damaged or lost shipments

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us within 14 days of expected delivery. We will arrange a full reship or refund.
